Bosnia-Herzegovina and Montenegro invited into Adriatic Charter

Bosnia-Herzegovina and Montenegro have been invited to join the Adriatic Charter. The group was formed in 2003 with Albania, Croatia, and Macedonia with the objective to work towards integration into NATO and other Euro-Atlantic institutions.
