An explosion occurred in the courtyard of the International Civilian Office (ICO) in Pristina, Kosovo. Windows were broken, but no injuries were reported. A spokes person for EU special envoy Pieter Feith, who runs the ICO, condemned the incident.
Kosovo's prime minister Hashim Thaci called for measures to arrest the perpetrators of the attack. Kosovo's president Fatmir Sejdiu did not believe the explosion was linked to the deployment of the EULEX mission.
