Serbia says Kovacevic case is secret

Serbia's government said it considers its negotiations with the US about the case of Miladin Kovacevic a secret. The daily Borba reported that the Serb government had offered $900,000 to the victim Steinhauer, triggering outrage by some in Serbia.
