EULEX declared fully operational

At EULEX headquarters in Pristina the EULEX mission was declared fully operational. It consists of some 3,000 staff. Present were mission chief Yves de Kermabon, Kosovo president Fatmir Sejdiu and prime minister Hashim Thaci.
