Recycle bin trouble: cannot delete CDIRes

When I try to empty the recycle bin on a Windows XP Pro machine, I get the usual confirmation dialog box, to which I respond: yes, I am certain I wish to delete everything. Then this error pops up:

Cannot delete CDIRes: Access is denied

Edit: Turns out, Comodo anti-virus had this file quarantined:

C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-1456735111-1541669383-3333719302-1006\Dc5\CDIRes.dll.

I find that Comodo suffers from a lot of false positives...
