SACEUR: KFOR troop reduction likely this year

NATO Supreme Allied Commander Europe, Admiral James Stavridis said that he intends to reduce the number of KFOR troops to as few as 5,000, "probably later this year". "The situation in the Balkans is not perfect but it is improving," Stavridis told a press conference.
