Xavier Bout de Marnhac becomes new EULEX chief

Xavier Bout de Marnhac has taken over from Yves de Kermabon as the head of EULEX Kosovo. "My principal concerns will be to re-establish the rule of law in northern Kosovo and to continue the fight against corruption and organized crime," a press release said.
