Two Kosovo Albanians arrested charged with war crimes

EULEX and Kosovo police arrested two Kosovo Albanians near Prizren. They were accused of "intimidation and terror, displacement and movement of civilians" in the Orhahovac area, and cover the period between July 17-19, 1998, before the war in Kosovo.
