NATO SG softens KFOR withdrawal statement

NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said that the decision to withdraw KFOR would be conditionally based, only when the security situation in Kosovo would allow it. He said KFOR will continue to assist local authorities in developing the Kosovo Security Force and that NATO "will definitely not take decisions that have a negative impact on the security in Kosovo."
